After months of frustration the construction phase of the back section development is finished and we are now in the throws of planting etc.
Have had the oven fired up on several occasions with several evenings with family and friends. Managed an evening with 10 pizzas cooked. Still need to fine tune the oven management but each time is a step forward.
Have cooked bread and roasts and finding each has its own requirements.
A lot of learning to do but a lot of fun.
